OpenAI has launched workspace agents in ChatGPT, enabling shared agents to manage complex, long-running workflows across tools like Slack and Linear within organizational permissions. The feature is now available in research preview for Business, Enterprise, Edu, and Teachers plans at no cost until May 6, 2026.
